低阶煤管式气流干燥过程的数值模拟

Abstract
管式气流干燥技术是当前低阶煤干燥提质的主流技术之一,具有干燥效率高、设备简单等优点.为研究低阶煤在气流干燥过程中的传热、传质情况,对其中的倒U型干燥管采用Fluent软件进行了气固两相流的数值模拟,结果表明:热烟气和低阶煤颗粒在干燥管的弯管部位传热最好,改变进口热烟气温度有助于两者之间的换热.
