本文通过改良样品处理方法,采用毛细管柱作为分离柱,优化气相色谱分析条件,建立了食品中甜蜜素快速测定的方法,并对方法的检出限、精密度、回收率进行评价.最后将该方法应用于实际工作中甜蜜素的测定,结果准确、可靠.
