东北红松蘑多糖提取及抗氧化活性研究

Abstract
为研究东北牡丹江地区红松蘑(Gomphidius rutilus)多糖抗氧化活性,采用水提-醇沉法从东北产红松蘑中提取子实体多糖,体外抗氧化模型研究其抗氧化能力,红外光谱研究其多糖基本结构.结果表明,其多糖浓度在1 mg/mL时对超氧离子自由基(·O2-)的清除率为96.96％;多糖浓度在1 mg/mL时对羟基自由基(·OH)的清除率为94.95％;多糖对DPPH自由基的清除率最高为48.53％,其红外表征显示多糖为β-型吡喃多糖.这说明红松蘑多糖抗氧化活性高,有一定的开发价值及前景.
