二氧化氯水体消毒剂对细菌的灭杀效果

Abstract
为给水产养殖户使用二氧化氯进行池塘消毒提供科学依据,以大肠杆菌和无乳链球菌为测试对象,研究了二氧化氯在不同浓度和不同时间下的杀菌效果.结果表明:使用真实含量为6％左右的二氧化氯片,用量在6.0 kg/hm2时(按1 m水深计)有非常好的杀菌效果,杀菌率超过90％.此外,二氧化氯杀菌时间较快,在合理的浓度下,处理30～45 min左右就能够达到较好的效果.
