Abstract
猪轮状病毒感染是由呼肠弧病毒科(Reoviridae)、轮状病毒属、猪轮状病毒(Porcine rotavirus,PRV)引起的一种急性肠道传染病.主要经口感染,可在多种动物之间流行.该病多发生于哺乳仔猪和断奶仔猪,育成猪和成年猪一般呈隐性感染.主要以仔猪厌食、呕吐、腹泻、脱水为特征.该病呈世界性分布,在我国猪轮状病毒感染非常普遍,给畜牧业造成严重的经济损失.
