利用计算机细胞图像分析术(ICM)检测细胞DNA,RNA含量已是目前临床、科研中常用的一种病理检测方法,但常因染色过程中甲基绿的颜色在1～2d内即褪色而影响检测,为了解决这一问题,我们对目前的核酸染色方法进行改良,将其用于620例标本的染色,效果良好,现介绍如下.
