目的 用石墨炉原子吸收法测定人参中镉元素的含量, 并对检测过程和检测结果进行不确定度评定.方法根据《GB5009.15-2014食品安全国家标准食品中镉的测定》, 对人参中镉元素进行检测, 确定数学模型, 寻找不确定度分量, 对各分量不确定度合成, 最后算出扩展不确定度.结果 人参中镉元素最大残留量的不确定度表示为:Y= (y±0.11) mg/kg, k=2.
