兰索拉唑肠溶微丸片的研制

Abstract
以微晶纤维素为稀释剂,含1% Tween-80的15%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30水溶液为黏合剂,6%羧甲淀粉钠为崩解剂,采用挤出-滚圆法制备兰索拉唑(1)丸芯.包碱性隔离层后再用Eudragit L30D-55包衣增重至60%得肠溶微丸,与Avicel PH 101、交联聚维酮等辅料混合,粉末直接压片制得1肠溶微丸片.所得肠溶微丸及片剂在pH 1.2盐酸中1h累积释放率<10%,而在pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液中45 min累积释放率>75%.肠溶微丸压片前后释放行为无明显变化.
