Abstract
目的:优选浸提法提取枸杞多糖的工艺条件.方法:以提取得到的枸杞多糖得率为指标,采用热水浸提法提取,先单因素后正交试验,对热水提枸杞多糖的料液比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)三个因素进行优选组合. 并采用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定枸杞多糖的含量. 结果:以提取得到的枸杞多糖得率为指标,热水浸提法提取枸杞多糖的最佳工艺条件为A1B3C3:料液比为1:15;提取时间2h;提取次数3次. 结论:当大规模提取枸杞多糖时,可选用热水浸提法.
