产甲胎蛋白胃癌(alpha fetoprotein-producing gastric carcinoma,AFPGC)是指病人血清和癌组织中含有大量甲胎蛋白(AFP)的胃癌.自1970年Bourreille等报道第1例产甲胎蛋白胃癌以来,国内外陆续发现一些胃肠道肿瘤可产生AFP.我院自2005年1月至2009年12月收治356例胃癌病例,经过血清学检查和免疫组织化学检查发现产甲胎蛋白胃癌18例,现分析如下.
