Abstract
全脾脏切除术后机体凝血机制会发生变化,而血小板数量的多少将直接影响机体的凝血状况,甚至导致某些并发症的发生.现就肝硬化伴脾功能亢进者脾切除术后血小板数值变化规律及其临床意义进行初步探讨,期望为术后相应并发症的预防和治疗提供参考.
