Abstract
作为遗传-环境-代谢应激性的相关疾病[1],非酒精性脂肪性肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是一种除外酒精和其他明确的损肝因素引起的类酒精性脂肪肝病的临床综合征,包括一系列疾病,从单纯的脂肪变性到非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)和肝纤维化,甚者可能发展为肝硬化、肝细胞癌[2].在过去的数十载中,NAFLD已然成为全球最常见的慢性肝病,据统计,目前NAFLD在全球的患病率约为25％,而未来患病人数呈增长趋势[3].
