MSCT是影像学诊断胃癌迄今为止最为有效和常用的方法,不但能够确定瘤体位置及大小,MSCT新技术结合传统的横断面成像、多平面重组成像(MPR)及仿真内镜技术,能够有效探测胃癌病灶并进行辅助诊断,明确分辨胃癌与其他侵及胃部肿瘤以及胃癌进行TNM分期.但CT解剖学分辨率尚有限,对早期胃癌诊断需辅以内镜可较为准确.
