Abstract
拇趾嵌甲症是临床上常见的疾病,首次发病或为Ⅰ期病变可通过局部换药等非手术方法进行治疗,部分可获治愈:反复发作或为Ⅱ、Ⅲ期病变的患者则需手术治疗,我们自2001年4月-2007年12月利用高频电离子治疗仪配合Bartlett手术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期拇趾嵌甲症患者120余例,获得随访64例,现报道如下.
