Abstract
目的利用奶液作为超声显像剂,探讨无创性诊断胃癌的新方法.方法对20例病理确诊为胃癌患者的超声奶液显像、胃镜及X线钡餐检查的资料,进行回顾性分析.结果奶液超声显影诊断胃癌的成功率100%,检出率高于胃镜和X线钡餐检查,同时可对胃壁结构、胃周围脏器和淋巴结及胃动力进行客观分析.结论胃超声奶液显像,是一种可靠的无创性检查方法,为临床分型和治疗提供了可靠依据.
