草甸还阳参和叶状柄垂头菊挥发性化学成分及其抑菌活性

Abstract
采用GC-MS法鉴定了草甸还阳参(Crepis pratensis)和叶状柄垂头菊(Cremanthodium phyllodineum)超临界流体萃取物的化学成分,并测定了2种超临界流体萃取物对14种常用致病菌的抑菌活性.结果表明,从草甸还阳参中鉴定出28种化学成分,叶状柄垂头菊鉴定出45种化学成分,且草甸还阳参超临界流体萃取物对铜绿假单胞菌的抗性较强,叶状柄垂头菊超临界流体萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗性较强.
