Abstract
三叶鱼藤伴生红树林植物,严重威胁红树林生态系统,为了变废为宝,挖掘三叶鱼藤中活性物质鱼藤酮,采用渗漉法浸提,选择乙醇浓度和提取时间2个因素,进行响应面法优化提取鱼藤酮,利用液相色谱检验鱼藤酮含量.结果表明,当乙醇浓度为84％,提取时间为4.1d时,鱼藤酮含量为1.97％,与预测值的相对误差仅为2.48％.因此鱼藤酮的优化模型可行.
