Abstract
目的 探讨肝囊腺癌的超声诊断价值.方法 根据患者超声声像表现,并查阅相关文献,进一步总结肝囊腺癌的超声诊断特点.结果 在超声检查中肝囊腺癌有特殊表现,病灶为实性或囊实性混合病灶,囊实比例<1,壁结节多见,一般直径>1.0 cm,且形态多不规则,可与肝囊腺瘤、肝脓肿、肝囊肿及肝包虫病鉴别.结论 肝囊腺癌属于少见的肝内肿瘤,超声有助于肝囊腺癌的诊断,对指导临床治疗和改善预后至关重要.
