课程思政视域下实习末期护生的人文素质调查

Abstract
目的:在课程思政视域下调查实习末期护生人文素质现状及影响因素.方法:通过便利抽样法选取197名护生,采用护理人文关怀量表、杰弗逊共情量表、护生临床沟通能力量表收集资料.结果:护生人文关怀(183.75±23.39)分,共情(78.97±5.27)分,临床沟通能力(81.89±11.06)分;女性、社会实践≥3次、中共(预备)党员及共青团员的护生人文素质水平显著较高(P<0.05).结论:护理院校应紧跟课程思政思想,结合护生特征,有针对性地加强护生的人文素质.
