Abstract
对于经济效率的研究,常用的DEA方法存在模型设定上的缺陷.而将Bootstrap方法与DEA方法相结合,利用Bootstrap法模拟出来的大量数值可以弥补DEA模型小样本估计方面的缺陷.笔者利用Bootstrap-DEA法对我国2000年～2010年间省际的环境能源效率做了测度,得出我国环境能源效率值中东部地区要高于西部地区的结论.
