Abstract
The invention discloses an application of a vinca alkaloid derivative in preparation of a medicine for inhibiting tumor metastasis. The vinca alkaloid derivative comprises vinca alkaloid dipeptide and physically-acceptable salt of the vinca alkaloid dipeptide. The vinca alkaloid dipeptide is a compound formed by condensation of a hydrazinolysis vinca alkaloid compound and N-carbobenzoxy-dipeptide. The hydrazinolysis vinca alkaloid compound is a compound obtained by reacting of a vinca alkaloid compound and a hydrazine hydrate. The vinca alkaloid compound is vinblastine, or vinorelbine, or vinflunine or vincristine. Through the vinca alkaloid dipeptide and the physically-acceptable salt of the vinca alkaloid dipeptide, invasion, transferring and horizontal movement capability of tumor cells can be significantly inhibited in vitro, the distant metastasis of a tumor is significantly inhibited in vivo, and thus the vinca alkaloid derivative can be applied to treatment of a patient with the advanced malignant tumor along with the distant metastasis.
