Abstract
The invention discloses a colloidal gold test strip used for detecting H7 subtype avian influenza virus. The colloidal gold test strip used for detecting H7 subtype avian influenza virus comprises a supporting plate, and a sample pad, a coupling pad filled with gold-labelled antibodies, a NC membrane provided with a detection line T and a quality controlling line C, and a water absorbing pad which are arranged on the supporting plate; the gold-labelled antibodies are colloidal gold labeled H7 subtype avian influenza virus monoclonal antibodies. According to the colloidal gold test strip, the sample pad, the coupling pad, the detection line and quality controlling line labeled NC membrane, and the water absorbing pad are arranged on the supporting plate via certain technical processes; the coupling pad is filled with gold-labelled antibodies; and the detection line and the quality controlling line are obtained via membrane spraying of H7 subtype avian influenza virus monoclonal antibodies and rabbit antimouse IgG respectively. The colloidal gold test strip possesses following advantages: operation is simple, specificity is high; sensitivity is high, diagnosis results are reliable, the colloidal gold test strip is suitable for on-site detection on H7 subtype avian influenza virus infection, and is especially suitable for on-site rapid detection of grassroots units or with personal purpose.
