摘要

•Fluorescent LRL-AuNCs modified with RGDK-containing peptide were synthesized.•It detected Cu2+ with fluorescence turn-off with high sensitivity and selectivity.•The Cu2+ in drinking water was detected with emissive LRL-AuNCs in a handy way.•It sensed copper changes in tumor cells with two-photon photoluminescence imaging.
