Temperature Optimization Control of CSTR

Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) is a common chemical reaction vessel in chemical production. It is widely used in the chemical industry. The safety of its control system is very important. The CSTR system has some difficult points that are difficult to overcome, and its system itself has strong time-delay characteristics and nonlinearity, resulting in most of its control systems with complex and robust algorithms, and relatively poor realtime performance. This article adopts the dynamic performance of CSTR After in-depth analysis of the insufficiency of static performance, the characteristic difference and complementary advantages of the clamp and coil cooling system in the CSTR are used to propose a dual optimization control scheme for CSTR temperature. This strategy uses the high efficiency of coil cooling to quickly eliminate the temperature. The purpose of the deviation, on the other hand, makes it more reasonable by using the economy of the clamp cooling system. Among them, the temperature controller adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm, and the valve position controller of clamp cooling adopts human-like PID algorithm. Finally, through the simulation results, the coordinated temperature control strategy designed in this paper gives full play to the complementary advantages of clamp and coil cooling, and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction. The above method is also applicable to other production systems with similar structures.
