The Design of ACE Fly by wire system fault monitoring based on CPLD

摘要
In order to meet the aircraft reliability requirement, the actuator control electronics(ACE) based on the new concept in Fly by wire system(FBW) was study. ACE working principle, hardware components and software design were introduced. ACE double slip design, working mode and CPLD-based fault monitoring mechanism were focused on. The Integrated fault monitoring method based on self-monitoring, comparative monitoring and joint monitoring of software and hardware were used. Redundancy design method was adopted, according to its own fault information, the actuator controller is divided into three working modes: normal mode, direct mode and damping mode. Through the testing experiment on the controller, it is showed that the system is stable and reliable.
