Abstract
Abstract The old-age “empty-nest” family in China has become more prevalent in the recent past. This research focused on strengthening the lives of empty nests elderly people during their distress using an appropriate instrumental integrated framework. Here, 100 different empty nests of elderly people have been assigned to the intervention community and analyzed using a multi-level integrated health management model (MLI-HMM). This model helps to evaluate the health of the empty nest elderly people\u0027s behaviors and their interventions. Further, health perspectives of the empty nest elderly people are analyzed using the health promotion lifestyle model (HPLM) to check the subjective health based on their Interpersonal Relationships. Outcomes show that the MLI-HMM-based health-fostering behaviors help to strengthen empty nest elderly people\u0027s lives effectively.
