We evaluated seed consumption by fish in an altered tropical dry forest river in Mexico. Non-natives fishes more than natives ingested significantly more seeds in the rainy season. Fishes follow the peak of seed availability after a flood pulse released them from the soil seed banks.in spanish is available with online material
