Bi-based Lead-free Perovskite Solar Cells

Although perovskite solar cells have shown great performance, the lead-containing issue is still an obstacle to its commercialization. Nowadays, many kinds of lead-free perovskite have emerged, among them, we focused on the Bi-based perovskite materials, especially double perovskite and silver bismuth iodide. We first reported CS ₂ AgBiBr ₆ and AgBiI ₄ based planar solar cells with power conversion efficiency of 1.44% and 2.8%, respectively.
