Abstract
肿瘤免疫检查点(immune checkpoint)疗法已在肿瘤治疗中取得突出进展,为晚期肿瘤患者带来了前所未有的希望.到目前为止,已有4个免疫检查点抑制剂获得FDA批准,并用于多种肿瘤的治疗.与此同时,嵌合抗原受体T细胞(chimeric antigen receptor T-cell,CAR-T)治疗在血液肿瘤中也取得了令人惊奇的疗效,这类细胞治疗有望成为更多肿瘤患者的选择.本篇综述,我们主要阐述肿瘤免疫检查点疗法和CAR-T细胞治疗的最新进展,并讨论其组合治疗策略的潜在临床运用.
