Abstract
甲肝是严重危害青少年健康的乙类急性肠道传染病,青少年中抗体水平低,易造成暴发流行,接种疫苗是预防的主导措施之一.1999年4月京郊小学生中甲型肝炎呈高度散发,为迅速控制疫情,评价疫苗效果,笔者用流行病学和血清学方法对87403人接种甲肝疫苗的效果进行了观察,现将结果报告如下.
