Abstract
目的调查山东省潍坊市老年人社会功能活动能力及其影响因素。方法于2015年8—10月对山东省潍坊市某些社区,采用整群抽样方法,对符合要求≥60岁1 208名老年人进行问卷调查。结果潍坊市社区1 208名老年人平均年龄为（69.19±7.506）岁;社会活动功能量表（FAQ）为（6.04±5.425）分;潍坊市老年人FAQ独立率为57.2%;logistic回归分析结果提示,≥65岁（OR=1.925,95%CI=1.1763.152）,患有慢性病（OR=1.905,95%CI=1.4802.453）是老年人社会功能活动能力的危险因素.有配偶（OR=0.589,95%CI=0.4200.825）、参加体育锻炼（OR=0.650,95%CI=0.4980.849）和日常活动（P<0.05）是其保护因素。结论年龄、是否患慢病、婚姻情况、锻炼身体情况和日常生活能力是潍坊市老年人社会活动能力的主要影响因素。
