Abstract
人免疫缺陷病毒（human immunodeficiency virus,HIV）感染引起全身免疫系统严重损害。HIV感染后病毒产物本身及高效抗逆转录病毒治疗均可引起相关神经病变,包括神经认知功能障碍综合征（HIV associated neurocognitive disorders,HAND）、外周神经病变等并发症。HIV动物模型可对其相关神经病变的发病机制研究提供帮助,该文主要介绍HIV-1动物模型在相关神经病变病理机制的研究应用。
