PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metastatic liver cancer treatment drug that realizes a sufficient treatment effect while capable of reducing side effects in treatment of metastatic liver cancer.SOLUTION: A micelle preparation formed from a polymer derivative of a camptothecin represented by the general formula (I) is administered via a transarterial route. In the formula, R1 is a methyl group, A is a trimethylene group, R2 is an ethyl group, R3 is a hydrogen atom, R4 is an isopropylaminocarbonylisopropylamino group, and P is an acetyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
