Serum interleukin-17A level after on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery
Atherosclerosis(2020)
摘要
Background and Aims: Background: Cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) has been demonstrated to provoke a systemic inflammatory response which might be the cause of postoperative complications. A newly discovered subset of T helper cells, Th17 cells, play an important role in the development of local inflammatory microenvironment. Here we aimed to investigate the inflammatory role of circulating IL-17A in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
