摘要

•A rapid and reliable method for the analysis of 13 hypolipidemic drugs in fingerprints was developed.•UPLC-Q-TRAP/MS was applied to the detection and quantitation of these drugs.•The EPI mass spectrums of 13 hypolipidemic drugs were established.•Hypolipidemic drugs were proved to be excreted through sweat and/or sebaceous glands of the skin.
