Optimization Design of GIL Three Post Insulators Based on A Collaborative Expert System

Abstract
In order to reduce the stress concentration of three post insulators, based on a 550kV GIL three post insulator structure, a collaborative expert optimization method is proposed. Firstly, taking the stress of the post base and the field strength of the surface synthesis as the characteristic parameters, the expert judgment rule and the collaborative judgment rule are determined, and the collaborative expert system of the post base structure is established. Then, the collaborative expert system is coupled with the 550kV Gil three post insulator simulation model, and the new post base structure satisfying the conditions is calculated. The simulation results show that the stress concentration area of the three post insulator is at the joint of epoxy resin and the insert. Under the same excitation, the optimized post base structure alleviates the stress concentration phenomenon of the original structure. The maximum internal stress is 32.7MPa, which is 20.4% lower than the original structure. ased on the analysis of the electric field distribution of the two kinds of structure insulators, it is found that the optimized composite field distribution on the surface of the insulator is improved, and the maximum field strength at the joint of the post base insert is 10.5kV/mm, which is 9.8% lower than the original structure.
