摘要

•Five complexes of divalent first-row transition metal ions have been synthesized.•The two-photon cross-sections of five complexes were measured by Z-scan methods, and they all display excellent third-order NLO.•These complexes possess the targeting ability of Hela cells and made the contrast effect enhanced.
