Effect of low-level laser therapy on postoperative endodontic pain: An updated systematic review

•Low-level laser therapy could be considered a good alternative for pain relief after endodontic treatments.•Different laser parameters such as wavelength, power, duration and frequency could provide different pain intensity results.•More randomized clinical trials are needed to indicate low level laser therapy with higher quality of evidence.
