Abstract
假定各省水泥不跨省外运，并且各年生产的水泥基本消耗完，借用各省在黄河流域的GDP比重，估算黄河上中游6个省（区）的水泥消耗量，若水泥?大砂按1?1．19～1?1．82估算，则黄河上中游潼关以上2000—2012年平均每年需在河道采砂1．13亿～1．73亿t，占黄河多年平均年输沙量16亿t的7．1％～10．8％，其中2012年采砂量为1．93亿～2．95亿t。
