Abstract
目前水利水电工程建设征地和移民安置在林地分类、林地补偿中常出现分歧,主要由于林地和林种分类系统在现行的法律法规、行业规范中同时存在,国土资源部和国家林业局以不同的角度对林地均有分类,极易混淆.简要说明这两种分类系统的不同点,归纳林地补偿法规中常采用的方式,反映实际工作中容易出现的问题,并提出了建议.
