Abstract
在对南水北调东线工程沿线水资源系统进行分析和概化的基础上,建立了江苏段水量优化调度数学模型,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的模型求解方法,并针对三种不同保证率工况进行了模拟计算.结果表明,对比常规调度,该方法能有效降低系统总缺水量及工作能耗,使系统水资源得到更为科学合理的配置,具有很好的应用价值,为南水北调东线工程的运行管理及未来实时优化调度提供了新的思路.
