镰刀菌-淀粉-苜蓿对煤矿区污染土壤HMW-PAHs的修复

Abstract
以煤矿区高环芳烃(HMW-PAHs)污染农田土壤为研究对象,通过添加淀粉且接种菌株ZHH2(Fusarium sp.)的苜蓿盆栽试验,研究苜蓿单一处理、ZHH2-苜蓿2因素处理和ZHH2-淀粉-苜蓿3因素处理对污染土壤5环、6环HMW-PAHs的修复效果.结果表明:苜蓿单一处理(M)对6种HMW-PAHs单体(BbF、BkF、BaP、InP、DbA和BghiP)的去除率为4.22%~45.01%;不同接菌剂量与苜蓿2因素处理对HMW-PAHs的降解作用有明显差异,其中H1+M、H2+M对6种HMW-PAHs单体的去除率分别为11.01%~45.30%和15.20%~43.58%,与苜蓿单一处理相比,BkF的去除率分别提高了1.62倍和2.60倍,其他单体差异不显著.H3+M对HMW-PAHs的去除却表现出显著抑制作用.在2因素基础上,进一步添加不同剂量淀粉的3因素处理(D1+H1+M,D1+H2+M,D1+H3+M,D2+H1 +M,D2+H2+M和D2+ H3 +M)强化了对6种HMW-PAHs的修复效果,在所有3因素处理中,对BbF、BkF、BaP、InP、DbA和BghiP的去除率以D1+H2+M处理为最高,分别为28.87%,54.59%,47.04%,65.91%,66.42%,71.88%,比H2 +M处理分别提高了0.46,2.59,1.71,1.15,0.52,1.37倍(P<0.05),但是与D1 +H1 +M对各个HMW-PAHs单体的去除效果差异不显著.因此,淀粉(0.25 g/kg)-ZHH2(0.1 g/kg)-苜蓿处理成为了修复该煤矿区农田污染土壤的优势组合.
