Analysis on the Proanthocyanidins and Resveratrol of 'Jintian Huangjia Seedless' Grape

Abstract
Proanthocyanidins and resveratrol content in 'Jintian Huangjia seedless' grape was determined and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and colorimetric method. The results showed that a good linear correlation was found in the range of 0.01 similar to 0.35 mg/mL of proanthocyanidins, and there was a good liner at relationship between the peak area and the concentration of resveratrol in the range of 0.5 similar to 5 mu g/mL. The content of proanthocyanidins in dry grape pip and dry grape skin, dry grape pulp were 30.09 mg/g, 84.62 mg/g and 7.94 mg/g. The content of resveratrol in grape pulp is too little to be determined, and the content of resveratrol in dry grape pip and dry grape skin were 3.544 mu g/g and 50.092 mu g/g. The content of resveratrol and proanthocyanidins changed significantly in different parts. Especially grape skin and grape pip had more content than grape pulp.
