DOCTORAL TRAINING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CIENFUEGOS

The objective of this work is to present the fundamental elements that characterize the process of doctoral training at the University of Cienfuegos. The main indicators of the process are described, considering the number of doctors of the institution, their distribution by the different areas of knowledge and organizational units in which they work, the training strategy of young doctors, as well as the fundamental results related to the authorized departments for training that distinguish the university.
