Scientific journalism and its application in the public policies for development during the internet era in Venezuela

Abstract
In this article we study science journalism as a communication proposal to be included in the planning and development at the present time, marked by the popularity and application of communication networks in many of the aspects of life. Research was established as descriptive documentary methodology used to establish the connections between the variables from the document review. The article focuses on the theoretical postulates of Ferrer (2002), Calvo (2002), Saez (2013), Alva, (2011), Fernandez (2005), among others. It is concluded that at present, due to scientific and technological progress, it is recommended that science journalism on the Internet be immersed in public policy planning and development as a means to inform, encourage and promote research activity, science and innovation, mainly within in developing countries.
