Correlated Equilibrium Based Access Control For Integrated Satellite-Terrestrial Networks

In this paper, we investigate the access control problem in uplink integrated satellite-terrestrial networks (ISTN) while considering spectrum sharing between the satellite and terrestrial subnetworks. Specifically, a game-theoretic approach is employed by the hybrid network control center (HNCC) to analyze the integrated access control problem in ISTN for simplifying implementation. To this end, the total capacity optimization can be converted as maximizing the individual transmission rate of each user in a non-cooperative game. To obtain the CE solution of the game, an adaptive regret-matching algorithm based on no-regret learning is properly designed. Finally, representative numerical simulations are given to verify the correctness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
