Abstract
This paper presents a fault detection solution in a Solar Power System based on analyse of variance (ANOVA). It is a model-based diagnostic method. The principle is based on two processes, recording the data of the site to be studied and estimating by a model the true values of these data. Then, the analysis of the variance is applied after having generated the residual between the measured and the estimated value. The studies were done on a real site which is at Vignola, Ajaccio, Corsica. The results showed that the chosen method allows to make a faults detection.
