Selective H2s Gas Sensor Based On The Planar Microwave Resonator And Cuo Quantum Dots
2020 28TH IRANIAN CONFERENCE ON ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (ICEE)(2020)
Abstract
This paper investigated two types of planar microwave-based gas sensors with Copper-Oxide quantum-dots as a gas-sensitive material to selectively detect hydrogen sulfide gas which is a byproduct of chemical reactions in petrochemical plants and industrial environments which even in low dosage could endanger human beings and cause comatose or even death. design an analysis approach of a planar microwave-based and exploiting quantum dots as selective h(2)s absorber agent to increase sensor resolution will be discussed in this research.
