摘要
•The superiority of Ceylon cinnamon confirmed with over 500 samples.•No detectable coumarin in majority of bark & leaf methanol extracts.•Major cinnamon compounds were assessed with methanol extracts using HPLC.•The overall average coumarin in bark & leaf were 0.010 & 0.004 mg/g respectively.•Of over 500 accessions, a set of superior genotypes were identified.
