Abstract
This research focuses on the subjective and objective factor evaluation index of students' MOOC learning. Based on the foreign and military-related literature, an evaluation index system has been established from three directions: Students' MOOC Learning Subjective Consciousness Indicator, Students' MOOC learning support service, Students' MOOC learning Self-Factor Characteristics. Based on the evaluation index system, a fuzzy network based forecasting model for students MOOC learning completion rates is established to help teachers to pre-warn learning completion rates.
